Industrial Automation Project Manager
Location: Dayton, TN
PITCO Engineering is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Project Manager to lead automation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in factory automation, controls, and/or robotics, and will be responsible for customer interfacing, project estimation, planning, and resource management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead automation projects, ensuring successful delivery
- Interface with customers and manage project expectations
- Estimate project costs and resources, develop detailed project plans
- Coordinate teams and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure quality standards and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in automation, controls, or robotics
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on technical expertise (SCADA, PLCs, robotics)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- PMP certification, multi-site project experience, safety standards knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets in the factory automation market

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in factory automation sales (integrators, services, or manufacturing)
