You may not use our names, logos, or marks without our prior written permission.

When you submit information through our forms (for example, contact requests, assessment requests, waitlist sign-ups, or job applications), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant PITCO the right to use the information you submit to respond to you and operate our business, consistent with our Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). 12. Governing law & disputes

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement you have with us, are the entire agreement between you and PITCO regarding the site.
